Prosperity Principle - 6 Principle of Increase
What a wonderful webinar we shared on Prosperity Principle #6 - the Principle of Increase.
The Principle of Increase says that when you praise that which you desire, through prayer, song, and dance, the effect of your efforts does not influence God-Creator-Source in any sense, but it does influence you. It enables you to touch the Principle and gain its blessing. What has been an unconscious act, or an accidental method can become a known fact and a regular means of stimulating your good.
Remember, we learned in Power Principle # 5, the Principle of Receiving that the Spirit of Giving automatically aligns us with receiving (so long as the intention behind the giving is from the heart); with the additional reminder that once we give from the heart, we are to prepare for the receiving, because this shows our ACTIVE FAITH.
We learned that PRAISE is the action used to activate INCREASE. We Praise that which we desire, as this propels the fulfillment of that desire as if by magic.
Praising that which we desire through prayer, song, and dance, enables us to touch the Principle directly - it influences us and stimulates our good.
Jesus said, “If one has faith, the grain of a mustard seed, they can move mountains.” If one can realize the power of praise (for that which they desire) they can do the same.
Though praise is good for others, it is our salvation too. Praise changes our observation and our whole outlook on life. In the past, we were in the habit of seeing our weaknesses, failings, and shortcomings of ourselves and others, but now, through praise, we see differently. We look for accomplishments, in ourselves and others, and we see the good, and the beauty that is worthy of our praises.
Faith is the substance of power. Praise is the fuel that generates that power into an active force. Remember we are PRAISING THAT WHICH WE DESIRE. It is important to constantly watch your power (FAITH) and care especially for the fuel (PRAISE) that charges it to get the most out of it, which shows that the fuel (PRAISE) is a very important part of the equation. Faith without Praise is but an inert mass of machinery, with no value until it is put into motion to produce.
Praise is complimentary to faith. Faith is the belief, wisdom, and understanding. Praise is the application of that understanding.
Praise is a stimulant of the mind. Think about how you feel when you sing a song you love or dance to some good music. Praise quickens prayer. It magnetizes all the good around you and transforms that good into usable, visible, substance.
You can only get what you expect, for the unchanging Principles are ever working to supply you. Think of the Law of Attraction. You can see how these principles all build on one another with a consistent theme. Prayer should not be one of supplication, pleading, begging, entreating, or a sad state. It should be one of claiming, declaring, decreeing, praising, and a joyful thanksgiving. Praise is an avenue of prayer through which the Spirit expresses itself. Praise is a broad highway, while other forms are only feeding arteries. Through this Principle, when we praise, we open ourselves upward to the Creator and Creation. We lift our consciousness to a higher realm and become a greater channel to receive the good that is waiting to come to us.
Praise opens a little door in our minds that enables us to draw closer to the Creator Source and to be attuned to the Divine forces within us and around us. Praise is the way to complete any demonstration and also the quickest way to enjoy effectual prayer. Praise expands the vibration of the heart and opens the mind upward, while its opposite condemnation, begrudging, judging, contracts and restricts the vibration of the heart.
Prosperity Principle #6 the Principle of Increase = Praise. I will Praise all, in all ways. I will constantly speak praises.
Praise is complimentary to Faith. Faith is wisdom and understanding. Praise is the application of that understanding. Faith is the substance of Power. Praise is the fuel that generates that power into an active force. We are to constantly watch our faith and care especially for our praise.
Praise stimulates our mind; it quickens prayer. It magnetizes all the good around us and transforms that good into usable, and visible substance.
All creation responds to praise. Plants, animals, and people all respond to praise. Think of people who are criticized versus praised. Think of pets that are praised versus scolded. For example, think about perhaps wanting to quit a job because a supervisor criticizes your work; at the very least it depletes your desire to do well as opposed to when someone praises you for a job well done. You can apply that to art, music, science, EVERYTHING. ALL OF CREATION, RESPONDS TO PRAISE.
When we are Praised or give Praise ourselves there is a physical response within our bodies. Doctors tell us that the cells of our body respond to the Principle of Praise. Our cells seem to know and expand in strength, capacity, and praise even expands our intelligence. Of course, we know it’s the mind working through every cell that causes the expansion as the praise lifts us upward toward the Divine.
There is an invisible ether upon which all thoughts act. As water expands into power when it is heated and turns into a solid mass of ice when it is chilled the Principle of Spirit is reflected in the law of physics. Though we may not sense it or fully understand it, our thoughts are moving continually in this invisible ether, and they are either increasing or diminishing in power and intelligence.
When we praise the richness and opulence of God/Creator/Source, our thoughts are greatly increased in the mental atmosphere. This increase affects our being in that it reflects in everything our mind and hands may touch. If we are contracting our thoughts through fear, criticism, and complaint, we reflect that contraction, and our results are delayed or frozen. In his book, "The Science of Getting Rich" by Wallace D. Wattles, he says, "There is a thinking substance from which all things are made." He then goes on to describe a universal, formless energy that can be shaped by our thoughts to manifest our desires in the physical world. When we think and speak praises, we are connecting not only our thoughts to this formless substance but our praises, as well. Drawing that which we desire towards us.
Praise with the heart is far more important and effectual than praise with the head or praise from the lips. Praise does not flatter nor influence God/Creator/Source as it does some humans who are turned by superficial praise and applause. Praise is not intended for the God/Creator/Source, it is intended for us. It enables us to lift ourselves upward to become attuned with, God/Creator/Source. Praise raises our state of consciousness that, we may become more receptive to the good about us and lift us above the lack of it. Praise raises our vibration, speeds up our activity, stimulates our faith, and connects us to a higher realm of thought.
Each year, we have a Thanksgiving service, and many of us think it is for us to express our gratitude for the year past. Which is okay to do; however, you can see that this is a reversal of the Principle of Praise. Our Thanksgiving service should not be a Review, but a Preview. A true Thanksgiving service should be an expression of our faith, not in the past, but in the present and the future to come. In other words, we Praise that which we desire. Many of us have gotten into a rut. We offer praise after our pantries are well stocked. Anyone can be grateful for the gift already given.
When we experience challenging times, we are apt to forget the praise and we storm at the shortcomings. This is the course that we have been trained to follow. However, when we can sing praises in the face of adversity, the adversity will soon disappear. That is not a promise, that is the Principle in Action. Learn to render praise, to be thankful for the good at hand, regardless of the circumstances, and you will have found the Spirit of the Principle of Praise.
If you desire to receive an outpouring of good you must keep yourself receptive, and praise is one of the simplest means to accomplish this. We should be forever grateful for the very least of things and the very most will come to us. We must keep our thoughts uplifted always, and praise is the catalyst that will do this. When you learn to take what you have and build upon it, not with scorn and condemnation, but with praise and gratitude, you are working the Principle of Praise, and the Principle of Praise will give the increase. Praise God/Creator/Source that good IS EVERYWHERE. And there is good in EVERYTHING!
I love this reminder to sing praises in all ways, for everything; as praise energetically lifts us upward toward the Divine, within us and all around us.
I'm singing praises to you!
